Gut Microbiota Research

• Conducted under mentorship of a Chinese Academy of Sciences academician.
• Investigated effects of humidity and heat on intestinal flora of mice.
• Presented findings at the national conference — sole representative from my school (20 students in Beijing).

UV-Adaptive Skin Microbiota

• Studied microbial defense mechanisms against UV radiation.
• Used molecular and cell biology techniques to identify bacteria-based protective strategies.

Current Project: iGEM

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team on synthetic biology applications.
• Strengthening teamwork, lab skills, and innovation capacity.
